Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays or product launches), order processing may take longer. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Canada & USA: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, customs).


Free Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


International Shipping

  • Kensie Baby currently ships worldwide.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes: International orders may be subject to additional fees imposed by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Kensie Baby is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Kensie Baby is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
